So Klose was recently interviewed by a local Premier Monthly Chinese Magazine for Successes "MetroBox Magazine" in its special column《Fine Dining》 April 2013 edition hosted by the food critic Mr Kenneth Wong.  

The editorial team of “MetroBox” invited three members of Innovative Entrepreneur Association (IEA) to talk about creativity and entrepreneurship.
