NOTICE TO MEMBERS: ISO9001:2015 Re-Certification Audit

Please note that a new ISO9001:2015 certification audit will be conducted and reviewed by SGS appointed auditor on Wednesday, 6 December 2017 (Full day).

Due to the handling of audit transition process from ISO9001:2008 to ISO9001:2015, the projected amount of additional audit time will be needed as this transition is a part of a recertification audit. A preliminary list of key “new” items will be identified that will require verification during the organization’s transition audit. Auditors will check and review in a variety of settings, including review of management review meeting minutes, business plan minutes, preventive action, planning meetings, operational memorandums, action plans, meeting notes, etc. for evidence that action is being taken, and that a follow-up assessment also takes place. Review of metrics will likely also factor into this process.

Please note that we will not arrange any client appointments on that day. We appreciate your cooperation. We apologize for any inconvenience caused during this transition period and thank you for your understanding!

Since 2011, we have been implementing the Total Quality Management approach to assure the quality of our executive matchmaking and dating services.

This certificate not only proves the quality of our services, but also displays that every process in our company, from the distribution network to management practices, are managed, reviewed and improved in a systematic way. It strengthens our competitiveness on the international stage, and increases the service satisfaction of our customers and stakeholders.  In 2014, we achieved the second ISO9001:2008 QMS recertification audit with zero non-conformities.  In 2017, we will upgrade QMS to ISO9001:2015 new standard.
