NOTICE TO MEMBERS: ISO9001:2015 Re-Certification Audit

Please note that a new ISO9001:2015 certification audit will be conducted and reviewed by SGS appointed auditor on Wednesday, 6 December 2017 (Full day).

Due to the handling of audit transition process from ISO9001:2008 to ISO9001:2015, the projected amount of additional audit time will be needed as this transition is a part of a recertification audit. A preliminary list of key “new” items will be identified that will require verification during the organization’s transition audit. Auditors will check and review in a variety of settings, including review of management review meeting minutes, business plan minutes, preventive action, planning meetings, operational memorandums, action plans, meeting notes, etc. for evidence that action is being taken, and that a follow-up assessment also takes place. Review of metrics will likely also factor into this process.
